Dr Sidonie Niba, a Cameroonian-American on a mission to make an impact, one solution at a time
Dr. Sidonie Niba, a seasoned Medical Affairs leader in the pharmaceutical industry, boasts over 15 years of diverse experience as a nurse and Doctor of Pharmacy. Her journey includes prestigious post-doctoral residency training at Duke University Health System and an MBA from the University of Louisiana, complemented by training in strategy and innovation from Harvard Business School.
As a mentor, coach, and keynote speaker, Sidonie is deeply committed to fostering growth mindsets and breaking through limiting beliefs. She spearheaded transformative initiatives as the Chair of the Leadership and Professional Development Committee for the Cameroonian Pharmacists Association, earning recognition as the 2019 Committee Chair of the Year.
Sidonie’s entrepreneurial drive led to the establishment of The Nurtured Professional, a sought-after career and life coaching service for medical professionals, and BOLO89, the premier coworking space and technology hub in Douala, Cameroon. Additionally, she founded The African Think Tank, a non-profit dedicated to empowering Africans in the diaspora through a selection of programs, including educational networking events across major US cities.
Committed to community service, Sidonie serves on the advisory board for the Healthy Tarrant County Collaborative, focusing on underrepresented communities’ interactions with Law Enforcement Officers and Civil Leaders regarding Discretionary Arrest.
Outside her professional endeavors, Sidonie cherishes time with her husband and three children, immersing herself in travel and volunteering.
